I really recommend the Turkish Pide, Its will be the best you ever had.
I don't know why we have been avoiding this place. Maybe it was due to some of the negative reviews here. But thank God for a night of late shopping resulting in most places being closed and we ended up visiting it.
This place is located on Church Street near Nando's and is open till midnight and is definitely a good and healthier option than visiting the opposite Macca's or KFC. Unlike most of other such establishments which offer only takeaway or very minimal and/or dingy and crowded seating, this place offers decent and clean seating arrangement in the adjacent room even for larger groups.
Coming to food, we ordered a falafel roll and a chicken kebab roll.
Both the rolls were surprisingly fully loaded with respective filling. Each bite contained a large morsel of the filling and the salad and sauce distributed evenly from start till the last. I've had many a kebab plates and rolls around many famous Sydney outlets but none of them was as delicious while being value for money as these.
The falafel were very flavorful, large and well cooked. My only negative was that this roll was a bit dry as it comes with hummus sauce which inherently is drier than other sauces. I had to buy a can of drink to help me finish it. Maybe they can switch the sauce if requested or add another sauce to it. My partner's chicken kebab roll on the other hand was juicy, moist and succulent and was oozing with delicious juices. I had a couple of bites and again it was loaded with perfectly cooked chicken and salad.
For $10 each for the rolls we ordered, it is more than enough to fill up a hungry tummy.
Strongly recommended and will surely be visiting again to try their other offerings
